Rohan was awarded his PhD degree (Griffith University) in natural products chemistry during 2001 and has authored 88 publications in international chemistry journals, and currently holds two patents. Dr. Davis has both industry-funded (AstraZeneca, Wyeth-Ayerst, Creative Antibiotics, Actelion, Pfizer) and academic (University of Utah, The University of Melbourne, Griffith University) research experience that has resulted in the isolation and structure elucidation of >1000 natural products from either plant, marine or microbial sources. For the past 5 years his research has focused on the identification and synthesis of anti-infective and anti-cancer compounds from nature.
